Remote Customer Support Representative

Pay : $21.50 - $28.50/hour Training Hours : 10 days; Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm Done with Training : Permanent shift 8:00am - 4:00pm Location : Remote

We are looking for Remote Customer Support Representatives with a positive attitude and attention to detail to facilitate inbound calls. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to update administrative details of customer accounts and/or direct calls to the appropriate department as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high volume of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve when necessary.
• Help explain contract details.
• Manage existing customer relationships that give our customers peace of mind and worry-free driving.
• Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts.

• General computer and typing skills.
• Available for immediate full-time work
