Randstad is currently partnering with a growing, high-performance facility in Malvern, PA, to find a dedicated and hardworking Shipping Associate. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a reliable professional who excels in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick, pack, and stage customer orders to meet rapid turnaround times.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe and accurate material handling.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in accordance with safety protocols.
• Manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, freight coordination, and tracking records.
• Collaborate with production and inventory teams to maintain an organized, efficient warehouse flow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or logistics role.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and shipping/ERP software.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk/stand for extended periods.
• attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe, productive workspace.
