General Manager

The General Manager maximizes hotel value by achieving revenue growth, expense control, excellent guest service and maximization of human resources. The General Manager develops and/or maintains all hotel operations consistent with Olympia Hotel Management values and standards. Candidates will be considered if they have: At least 3 Years experience as a Hotel General Manager General manager or Director of Sales experience at an independent hotel Food & Beverage leadership experience Pay range: $100,000-$110,000 per year plus 30% bonus potential **Local Candidates Preferred Join a Team that Puts Your Well-Being First! - Computer skills/ Technical Aptitude – proficiency in computer technology, i.e. e-mail, MS Word, Excel, & other hotel related systems. Utilize technology to enhance organizational efficiency
