Job Description

Join a dedicated team of A&P Mechanics at the Lehigh Valley Airport in our dynamic repair station. We are seeking six talented individuals to work on off shifts, including the 2nd shift and weekends. As an A&P Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing aircraft to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy maintenance on a variety of aircraft, including corporate jets such as Falcon, Gulfstream, Learjet, Hondajet, Hawker, Cessna, and Challenger.
• Conduct inspections, overhauls, and repairs on aircraft engines and airframes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintenance protocols.
• Utilize personal tools and equipment to perform maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with a team to achieve timely completion of maintenance projects.
• Be available for overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.

Essential Skills

• Possess a valid A&P License.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience with corporate jets, preferably on models such as G400 and G500.
• Open to candidates with rotary wing A&P experience.
• Military experience with an A&P is welcomed.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with specific aircraft models such as Falcon 7x, Falcon 8x, Falcon 2000, Falcon 900, Falcon 50, Honda Jet, and Cessna is advantageous.
• Proficiency in aircraft maintenance, inspection, and repair practices.

Work Environment

Our repair station at Lehigh Valley Airport operates on off shifts, including 2nd shift and weekends. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring a commitment to safety and precision. Employees are expected to use their own tools and be adaptable to varying maintenance tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
