Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Part-Time Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a positive and professional experience both in person and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner

• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments

• Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments

• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed

• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations

• Handle general administrative and front office duties

Qualifications

• Previous dental or medical office experience preferred

• Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) is a plus

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Basic knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures preferred
