Hershey, PA | Hybrid | $20.00/Hour | Temp-to-Hire

Abel Personnel is seeking motivated individuals for an exciting Packaging Project Coordinator opportunity supporting a leading packaging services organization in Hershey, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for recent high school graduates or individuals beginning their professional careers who are eager to learn, grow, and build a future with a company that invests in its employees.

No project coordination experience? That's okay! We're looking for the right attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Help coordinate packaging projects from start to finish.
• Track project schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Communicate with internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Update spreadsheets and project information.
• Learn company processes and grow into a long-term career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Some college, technical school, or office experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Outlook, Excel) preferred.
• Must live within commuting distance of Hershey, PA.
• Must be able to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Schedule & Pay

• $20.00/hour
• Hybrid schedule:
  • Monday & Friday – Remote
  • Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – Onsite in Hershey, PA
• Temp-to-Hire
