JOIN OUR TEAM!
We are seeking a dependable, skilled Machine Operator/Fork Lift Driver to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently and takes pride in quality work. Retired but still looking to work? Attending a trade school? This could be the perfect fit. Willing to consider the right candidate for less than 40 hours.
Job Description
* Perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division for equipment set up
* Operate manufacturing equipment accurately and safely
* Evaluate your own work to be sure it is meeting the specifications for each order as well as quality work
* Work with management to meet production goals
* Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials, finished products and to load and unload trucks.
Qualifications
* Previous experience operating slitting equipment is a huge plus!
* Fork Lift Certification or Experience
* Ability to follow direction, and use measuring tape to accurately measure to fractions of an inch
* Ability to lift up to 60 lb. and stand for extended periods of time
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
* Reliable Transportation Required
