Escrow Processor

Are you a detail-oriented title professional dedicated to delivering "Truly Remarkable Service"? Our full-service title and settlement company is seeking a motivated, customer-centric Title Processor to join our nationwide, 100% remote team.

In this role, you will be the vital link connecting all parties in a real estate transaction. You will communicate with clients, collect and analyze files, clear title conditions, and support our closing team with comprehensive document preparation both before and after settlement. salary: $21.99 - $22 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Communicate with all parties involved in settlement throughout the closing process

· Data entry of all transaction details into proprietary system

· Collect documentation to clear title conditions

· Coordinate the scheduling of the Closing and collect all documentation and information to meet the closing

· Accurately prepare the CD in accordance with the closing instructions; Title Commitment and Invoices provided

· Print and prepare all documents needed for closing
