Your New Role

• Work out of Southampton, Pennsylvania, serving customers within a 20-mile radius

• Install and replace residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, and ventilation systems

• Perform system startup, testing, and basic balancing to ensure proper performance

• Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and work orders

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

• Complete accurate installation documentation

• Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members

• Follow all safety guidelines and local HVAC codes

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation experience in residential or light commercial settings

• EPA Universal Certification

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices, electrical components, refrigerant systems, and ductwork

• Ability to read schematics and blueprints

• Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in attics, basements, and outdoor environments

• Strong customer service and communication skills
