Job Summary

Billetworkz is hiring a Production Associate to support daily manufacturing and fulfillment operations. This is a hands-on role focused on product assembly, quality checks, packaging, and shipping accuracy .

What You’ll Do

• Process orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Assemble and prep products + packaging (shift knobs, short shifters, window vents, etc.)
• Support specialty finishing and product prep
• Pack and label customer + wholesale orders
• Print shipping labels and help meet daily shipping goals
• Assist with inventory counts and organization
• Exhibit professional and courteous demeanor, accuracy, and follow-through
• Follow SOPs and quality standards consistently
• Maintain a working knowledge of the Billetworkz product line

Equipment You May Use (Training Provided)

• Laser engraver / cutter
• Vinyl printer / cutter
• Metal lathe

• Comfortable with hands-on work in a shop environment

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

• Sit/stand for extended periods of time without being able to leave the work area
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Assist and attend car show/events

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused
• Able to follow processes/SOPs and maintain quality standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production/fulfillment environment
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Available for overtime/weekends as needed during busy periods

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
