Senior Human Resource Generalist
The Bradley Center is a regional behavioral healthcare organization that provides a continuum of programs including residential treatment facility, outpatient clinic and a private academic school. We are seeking a collaborative and service-oriented Senior HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle in a mission-driven nonprofit organization. This role focuses on employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and HR operations while providing exceptional customer service to staff and leadership.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Serving as a primary contact for employee relations and HR inquiries
- Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS data management
- Assisting with compliance, audits, and employment law requirements
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
- Partnering with leadership to support staff engagement and organizational goals
Qualifications best suited for the position:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn HRIS systems.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- A minimum of 3 years Human Resources experience (nonprofit experience preferred)
