CDL-A Regional Driver Weekly Home

10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced and recent-graduate CDL-A truck drivers for regional dry-van runs in the Northeast. This opportunity provides predictable schedules, modern equipment, paid mentor-led training, and 100% no-touch freight , designed to support truck drivers who value regular home time and consistent earnings.

• Compensation:
  • Base pay: $0.80 per mile
  • Performance bonus: Up to an additional $0.03 per mile based on safety, mileage, and productivity
  • Accessorial pay: Multi-stop: $20 (first stop), $35 (second stop), $50 (third and subsequent stops)
  • Long Island premium: $65
  • Detention: $12.50 per hour (after 2 hours)
  • Paid training: Mentor-led 4–6 weeks; training pay $650 per week
  • Home time: Weekly
• Area of operation and equipment:
  • Regional routes serving the Northeast
  • Late-model Freightliner tractors with automatic transmissions
  • Dry-van freight with 100% no-touch drop-and-hook operations
• Primary responsibilities (truck driver):
  • Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service rules
  • Transport dry-van freight on assigned regional routes according to schedules and customer instructions
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; report defects or maintenance needs promptly
  • Maintain accurate logs, inspection records, and other required documentation (including ELD use when applicable)
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers; follow established pickup and delivery procedures
  • Ensure proper load securement and adherence to handling procedures for dry-van freight
  • Report incidents, delays, or compliance concerns to management and cooperate with incident reviews
• Minimum qualifications (truck driver):
  • Valid CDL-A (Class A) license
  • At least 3 months of solo driving experience in a CDL-A tractor-trailer
  • Minimum age 21
  • Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and pass required drug screening and background checks
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication with dispatch and customers
