We are currently seeking a ERP Integration Project Manager - REMOTE to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

The Program Manager – ERP Transition will lead a large-scale transformation initiative to migrate the legacy business systems into the company’s main ERP platform . This role demands strong ERP and finance process expertise , proven experience in program management , and the ability to drive alignment across multiple workstreams and global teams.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-oriented leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex programs involving technology, process, and organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex ERP transformation programs , ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps , detailed project plans , and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) , including milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Provide strategic oversight and direction to global cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business and IT objectives.
• Collaborate with finance, technology, and business leaders to define and measure ROI, KPIs, and benefit realization .
• Manage program budgets and forecasts, tracking actuals to ensure adherence to financial controls.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues , escalating appropriately and ensuring timely resolution.
• Partner with executive governance and steering committees to align on priorities, outcomes, and communication.
• Ensure robust organizational change management (OCM)and business readiness for system deployment.
• Mentor project managers and workstream leads, providing escalation support and promoting best practices.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively across global, distributed teams .

Minimum Requirements:

• 12+ years of overall project/program management experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale ERP transformation or implementation programs , preferably within finance or enterprise systems.
• 5+ years experience managing multi-workstream, cross-functional, global programs .
• 5+ years experience managing ERP implementations or migrations (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• 5+ years of in-depth understanding of core financial processes — General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, and Reporting.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in ERP data migration, integration testing, cutover, and post-go-live support .
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT , or similar quality frameworks.

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)or equivalent certification required.
• Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or PRINCE2certifications are a plus.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948 - $164,476. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
