Senior it executive
We're seeking a Sr. IT Executive to lead a company's technology strategy and operations. This is a crucial role for a rapidly growing organization that has more than doubled in size over the last 3 years. As a leader in their industry, they offer the opportunity to make a significant impact. Our culture, driven from the top down, emphasizes collaboration and empowerment, giving you the freedom to directly influence technology and implement initiatives that show a clear return on investment.
This position involves anticipating and understanding business needs to drive effective technology strategies, overseeing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data operations, while also managing financial reviews, budget creation, and vendor relationships.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of C-level, VP or similar executive-level experience with an enterprise-level organization and a proven ability to lead a team of approximately 15 people.
Total compensation up to $240k and an equity appreciation plan. Local candidates only, as this role requires at least one day per week in the office.
