Investor Services Analyst I - Alternative Investments

Duties & Responsibilities

Under direct supervision, assist with routine operations related to investor services functions for multiple alternative investment clients and funds.

  • Assist with investor services activities related to Alternative Investment clients, which may include:

  • Onboarding process for new investors; receive subscription documents, review for completeness, enter pertinent data from subscription document into AltPro, prepare confirmation reports after Fund Accountants have updated transactional information.

  • Investor transfer process including receiving and reviewing transfer requests and sending approval to fund accounting team or client.

  • Prepare, process and distribute documents for investor communications.

  • Update AltPro database for investor demographic and account information changes.

  • Resolve investor inquiries regarding lost statements, requests for information, password reset, etc.

  • Run standard AltPro reports for team.

  • Participate in projects/project teams.

  • Test new systems and programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

MINIMUM _:_

  • Associate degree or two years of post-high school education. High school diploma or equivalent and directly related work experience may be considered in lieu of an associate degree or two years of post-high school education.

PREFERRED _:_

  • Clerical experience in a financial services environment.

Compensation Range:

$37,490.00 - $71,920.00

The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB's standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
