Duration: 8 Month Contract
Compensation Range: $25-30/hr on W2 ONLY!!
Job Description:
Support faculty and ensure seamless operation of classroom AV systems during live academic sessions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Arrive early to verify room setup and tech functionality
-
Partner with professors to support their AV/IT needs
-
Operate AV equipment during hybrid classes
-
Troubleshoot minor technical issues on the spot
-
Coordinate with technical teams for escalated support
-
Maintain professionalism in a high-touch academic environment
Requirements:
-
Must-Haves:
-
1–5 years of experience in AV or IT support
-
Familiarity with Zoom and Windows environments
-
Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude
-
Experience in higher education or corporate support environments
-

Nice-to-Haves:
-
Higher education IT/AV support background
-
Experience with Crestron systems
