Our Summer Internship Program

An internship with us gives you the opportunity to work side by side with passionate problem solvers on powerful and fulfilling work . Our c ollaborative culture inspires you to learn from the expertise surrounding you and to share your own knowledge and experience with colleagues. You’ll be asked to speak up and challenge the status quo – you have a voice and will be encouraged to use it.

Additionally, over the summer, there will be opportunities to participate in events just for our interns: social events with other interns, career development workshops, community service projects, and networking with senior leaders – just to name a few!

This Opportunity

This position will entail the following duties as well as other responsibilities as assigned supporting the TSP recruiting business within Syneos Health.

• Executing B2B marketing strategies to attract new customers through high-quality, authentic storytelling
• Marketing campaign copy creation, creating visual design concepts and executions, and editing videos for marketing campaigns
• Social media content creation and strategy input
• Support of thought leadership articles and blog posts

Your Skills & Expertise

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources or a similar field of study
• Previous experience in business development, B2B marketing and/or social media marketing knowledge and/or experience
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Candidates must be a minimum of a Rising Junior and currently enrolled full time in Spring/Summer or Spring/Fall ’26 semesters. The Commercial Summer Intern Program runs from May 18, 2026 to August 7, 2026 and all positions will work full time (up to 40 hours per week).

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidate’s semesters completed in school.
