Line Cook
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in preparing high-quality meals.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations.
- Assist with food prep, inventory, and closing duties as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
Qualifications:
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
