Experienced Leasing Consultant
Experienced Leasing Consultant | Lansdale, PA 19446 | $20/hr | Contract-to-Hire | Weekdays 9am–6pm, Saturday 10am–4pm
Step into a fast‑paced leasing role where you’ll help prospects find their next home, support daily office operations, and contribute directly to occupancy growth. You’ll use your sales, service, and industry knowledge to create an exceptional leasing experience.
Responsibilities
- To greet prospects, provide tours, and highlight community features
- To process applications and complete leasing paperwork accurately
- To manage resident and prospect communication
- To maintain records in property management software
- To support renewals and overall leasing activity
Qualifications (Required)
- Apartment leasing experience
- Industry experience required
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi or Onesite
- Fair housing knowledge
- Closing and sales skills to boost occupancy
- Market knowledge
