Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)

We are a growing business looking for a reliable, tech-savvy individual to help us stay organized and engaged with our customers.
The Role
We are seeking a versatile Office Helper to manage administrative tasks and elevate our social media presence. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks—one hour you might be organizing orders in Excel, and the next you could be filming a "behind-the-scenes" TikTok of a custom jersey being framed.
Growth Potential: This role starts part-time, but for a candidate who is eager to learn the framing business and shows initiative, there is significant opportunity to increase your hours and responsibilities.
Schedule
Wednesdays: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Two Saturdays per month)
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Create engaging content (photos/videos) for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to showcase our custom work and latest projects.
Administrative Support: Use Microsoft Excel and Word to assist with order tracking, customer data, and general office documentation.
Customer Service: Greet clients, answer phones, and provide a professional, welcoming experience for everyone who walks into our showroom.
General Operations: Assist with basic office organization and light tasks as needed to keep the shop running smoothly.
Qualifications
Digital Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and active experience with social media platforms (IG, FB, TikTok).
People Skills: Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
Reliability: You are punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
Requirements:
Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
Clean criminal record (Background check required).
Solid professional references.
