Janitorial Technician
Part-Time | 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Janitorial Technicians to join our team servicing a local school district in West Grove, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady evening hours in a structured, team-oriented environment. Position Overview Janitorial Technicians are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for students, staff, and visitors. Evening shifts focus on detailed cleaning and preparing the building for the next school day. Responsibilities
- Empty and remove heavy trash bags from classrooms and common areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Wipe down desks, high-touch surfaces, and fixtures
- Refill paper and soap dispensers
- Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures
- Lock up and secure assigned areas as needed
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trash bags
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Must pass:
- PA State Criminal Background Check
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- (FBI fingerprinting may be required if applicable)
- PA State Criminal Background Check
- Consistent part-time evening hours (4–8 PM)
- Supportive team environment
- Stable work in a school setting
