Responsibilities (What you will do):

• Assist the foreman in executing projects profitably and safely.
• Take pride in your work and appearance, reflecting our dedication to excellence.
• Communicate effectively to foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely.

Requirements (What you need):

• Reliability: Show up on time, ready to work, every day
• Attitude: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Drive: A desire to advance your career within the company.
• Experience: Prior landscape or construction experience is a plus.

Annual pay is based on several factors, including attendance, hours worked, experience, and availability of prevailing wage projects.
