About the Receptionist Role:

You’ll be the first smile people see and the helpful voice they hear. This role is perfect for someone who’s friendly, detail-oriented, and loves keeping things running smoothly.

Answer phones and greet customers
Sort mail and inventory supplies
Maintain visitor log and retrieve customer orders
Coordinate planning of monthly company events

You’ll report directly to our Director of Human Resources and be an essential part of our welcoming, people-first culture.

You’re a Great Fit If You...

• Have experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Can multitask and meet deadlines

• Are an excellent communicator (friendly, clear, professional)

Position Details:

• Full-Time, Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Occasional longer hours or weekend work may be needed (hello, special events!)

• Light lifting (up to 20 lbs.) occasionally

• Based in a professional, friendly office environment
