SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures assigns and coordinates all non-emergency transport and call center requests.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Knowledge of medical terminology and emergency medicine procedures preferred

• Knowledge of basic EMS billing practices preferred

• Knowledge of emergency and non-emergency EMS operations preferred
