We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and resolve issues with professionalism. In this role, you’ll be the frontline contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Record customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary.
- Uphold company standards in customer satisfaction and service quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (experience preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
