Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate medical appointments.
- Answer and manage office phone calls and emails.
- Take accurate and detailed messages for medical staff.
- File and maintain medical charts and patient records.
- Assist medical staff with administrative tasks.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team in a medical office setting.
Skills:
- Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to use electronic medical record (EMR) systems (preferred but not required).
Education/Experience:
- High School.
