Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Night (2nd) Shift CNC Supervisor to lead and support our evening production team of 4-8 machinists in a fast-paced, precision machining environment. This role is responsible for ensuring multiple CNC machines remain productive, quality standards are upheld, and communication between shifts is seamless.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Supervise and support production across multiple CNC machines (lathes and mills)



• 
  

  Ensure jobs are running efficiently, safely, and to specification throughout the shift



• 
  

  Perform and document in-process inspections per AS9100 procedures



• 
  

  Diagnose and resolve tooling issues and machine malfunctions



• 
  

  Communicate job status, challenges, and recommendations to day shift leadership



• 
  

  Identify and recommend improvements in production methods, tooling, and equipment utilization



• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment



• 
  

  Lead by example in safety, quality, and teamwork

Requirements

• 
  

  Minimum 8 years machining experience , including 4 years multi-axis machining



• 
  

  Supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred



• 
  

  Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings



• 
  

  Working knowledge of algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and geometric tolerancing (GD&T)



• 
  

  Experience with MasterCam or SolidWorks is a plus



• 
  

  Proven track record of reliability, quality focus, and safety awareness



• 
  

  Ability to meet physical demands including:



• 
  

  Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and bending



• 
  

  Lifting up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
