What You'll Own

• Lead safety, quality, productivity, and cost control across your assigned area
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and increase throughput
• Partner with maintenance to improve equipment reliability and uptime
• Provide hands-on leadership and technical support to hourly teams
• Ensure on-time delivery through optimized operations
• Build and execute cross-training programs to strengthen team capability
• Coordinate closely with internal and external partners to support production flow

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/technical field OR 4+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
• Background in heavy industrial or process-driven environments (steel, metals, chemicals, etc.)
• Experience with:
  • PLCs, motor control systems, drives, or power distribution
  • Reading mechanical/electrical blueprints
• Strong ability to:
  • Lead diverse, hourly teams
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate clearly across operations, maintenance, and leadership

• Primarily Monday–Friday daylight shift
• Flexibility required for off-shift and weekend coverage as needed
