About the Role:

Hammer and Nails in Yardley, PA is looking for a charismatic and service-driven Member Concierge to be the face of our premium grooming experience. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome members and guests, ensuring a warm and elevated first impression
• Manage appointment scheduling, booking, and confirmations using salon management software
• Promote and sell memberships and retail products.
• Handle member inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment
• Process transactions, manage POS system, and handle cash and card payments accurately
• Coordinate with grooming staff to ensure smooth daily operations and on-time service flow
• Take guests on tours and serve complimentary refreshments.

Requirements:

• Prior customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a naturally outgoing personality
• Sales-minded with the ability to confidently promote memberships and retail products
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency with scheduling or POS software is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
• Passion for delivering a luxury, hospitality-driven guest experience
