We are looking for a detail-oriented Partnership Accountant to join our team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This role requires a strong background in accounting practices and the ability to manage financial processes effectively. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting, payroll processing, and budget coordination.
Responsibilities:
• Generate comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including specialized reporting as needed.
• Process payroll efficiently and ensure timely distribution.
• Review, approve, and process invoices while maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate the annual budget development process and submit finalized budgets to relevant agencies.
• Set up accounting records for newly established communities and manage closures when necessary.
• Prepare detailed financial statements to support year-end audit procedures.
• Provide guidance to new Community Managers regarding their accounting responsibilities.
• Perform construction draws and monitor expenses related to construction projects.
• Incorporate organizational policies on racial equity, diversity, and inclusion into departmental decisions and practices. Partnership
• Experience with journal entries and maintaining the general ledger.
• Ability to accurately manage financial records and reporting systems.
• Familiarity with accounting processes for construction projects and cost tracking.
• Excellent communication skills to advise and collaborate with team members.
• Experience in payroll and coordinating budgets and preparing for financial audits.
