Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our client's finance team. In this role, you will ensure the company receives payments smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Billing: Prepare, verify, and issue accurate invoices and billing statements to clients in a timely manner.

• Payment Processing: Post and reconcile daily customer payments via ACH, wire transfers, checks, and credit cards.

• Collections & Follow-ups: Monitor aging accounts and proactively contact clients regarding overdue balances with professionalism and tact.

• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

• Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, client inquiries, or payment variances.

• Financial Reporting: Maintain up-to-date customer files and assist in preparing monthly AR aging reports for management.
