Billing/Project Administrator
Location: Chalfont, PA

Overview:
A leading organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing/Project Administrator to support project-related tasks within the Finance department. The ideal candidate will facilitate key processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate project documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the customer billing process, acting as a critical link between Project Managers, Segment teams, and Global Shared Service Teams.

• Lead the customer onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation (contracts, agreements, certificates of insurance, etc.) is received and entered into the ERP system.

• Administer data for new customers, projects, tasks, billing milestones, and engineering change orders.

• Prepare monthly project status reports for Project Managers and Segment personnel.

• Support global Finance, Project Management, and Segment teams as needed.

• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure the CRM system (Salesforce) is properly updated.

• Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Working knowledge of ERP systems; Syteline experience preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and related experience/training.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
