Talent Acquisition Specialist

LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing distribution company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist . This corporation brings over 60 years of industry expertise and are expanding their footprint globally.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on recruiting top-performing sales professionals across multiple regions and business units. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, while partnering closely with hiring managers to build strong, high-impact sales teams.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for operations and sales roles, including Account Executives, Territory Managers, Inside Sales Representatives, Logistics Specialists and Operation Managers.
• Source, attract, and engage passive candidates through creative and data-driven strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop targeted recruitment plans.
• Utilize Paylocity for applicant tracking, candidate management, and reporting.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and professionalism.
• Maintain and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.) to drive process improvement.
• Collaborate with the broader HR team on employer branding, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Manufacturing or logistics industry experience preferred.
• Experience sourcing talent across corporate and field roles.
• Proven ability to source and attract passive talent using multiple platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Paylocity (or similar ATS).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and sense of urgency.

This position is located in King of Prussia, PA and offers a flexible hybrid working model. This position pays $60,000 – $65,000 annually and offers full benefits.
