Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration according to policy
- Conduct routine nursing assessments and monitor vital signs
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and ensure safety and comfort
- Implement and update care plans under supervision of a registered nurse and care team
- Monitor for changes in condition, report promptly, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate charting, follow infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and other care staff to support optimal resident outcomes
- Assist with nutritional needs and feeding as ordered when necessary

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Pennsylvania
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
- Ability to work the listed shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM)
- U.S. work eligibility and ability to participate in a travel assignment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a long-term care setting and following care plans
