We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to lead and enhance our HR strategy in Scranton, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will oversee diverse HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. You will play a critical role in shaping policies, driving talent initiatives, and building a workplace environment that supports growth and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team, offering insights on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver impactful results across all human resource functions.
• Develop and oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse and high-performing candidates while enhancing onboarding processes.
• Implement leadership development programs and training initiatives to support continuous learning and skills enhancement.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and global employment laws by maintaining regulatory compliance across all HR practices.
• Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to retain and attract top talent.
• Foster employee engagement by introducing initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Address employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with company values and promoting effective communication.
• Conduct benchmarking to maintain competitive pay strategies that align with industry standards.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within a global manufacturing or industrial setting.• Comprehensive knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to lead multicultural teams across various regions and implement scalable HR strategies.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Strong skills in change management, project management, and organizational transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and employee relations management.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and managing benefit programs and onboarding processes.
