About the Opportunity
Summary: The ABA Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top ABA professionals, including RBTs and BCBAs. The Recruiter will ensure alignment with clients’ requirements, conduct behavioral interviews, and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates. Additionally, the Recruiter will manage job postings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the hiring process to build high-integrity, clinically sound teams.
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who can hit the ground running and make an impact for our clients' clients. Every hire we make in ABA directly impacts a child's progress. We are not hiring just anybody - we are doing the work to find the RIGHT people to provide the highest level of service.
In order to find quality hires, you have to be willing to dig in, source, network, and shout from the mounatin tops. You have to know how to build a huge pool of potential candiates so you can filter to find the BEST ones for our clients.
We can teach ABA - we can't teach drive, intention, and perserverence. If you understand the delicate balance of the sales and human sides of recruiting - you already have what it takes to be a great ABA recruiter.
Schedule : Flexible (Ideal is during EST regular business hours)
Employment Type : 1099
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruiting (preferably within ABA)
- Strong understanding of ABA roles and industry needs (RBTs, BCBAs)
- Proven ability to successfully source candidates without expensive Indeed campaigns
- Understanding of the delicate balance of the human and sales sides of recruiting
- Independently driven to get results and find the right hires for our clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including having the confidence to speak up, ask questions, and ensure thorough understanding of the scope of work, processes, and resources at hand
- Ability to conduct effective behavioral interviews and evaluate candidates accordingly
- Proficiency in using various recruiting platforms and tools
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience building long-lasting professional relationships
- Must be willing and able to work as a 1099 independent contractor
