Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Engage warmly with clients to understand their insurance inquiries and provide effective solutions.

Policy Management: Assist clients in managing their insurance policies, including updates and renewals.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with our clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.

Compliance: Ensure that all client interactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest insurance products to provide the best service possible.

Requirements

Licensing: Active insurance license in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance sector.

Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly and effectively with clients.

Problem-Solving: Ability to assess and address client needs and concerns promptly and accurately.
