Customer Service Representative for Fuel Oil/Propane Company
W.C. Eshenaur & Son, Inc., is looking for a full-time Customer Service/Fuel Billing/Dispatch Assistant. Duties would include, but not limited to the following: answering phone calls, taking customer orders for deliveries, billing and pulling of delivery tickets, dispatching tickets, and maintain spreadsheets, contact customers for tickets on hold, set up customer budget accounts, monthly budget statements, Prebuy and Price Cap information to customers and assist with creating driver delivery routes, and other duties as needed.
High School Diploma or equivalent, Minimum 18 years of age+, Strong computer skills, Customer-Service orientation, Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills and able to take direction and make decisions, able to multi-task while remaining detail oriented. Knowledge in the field is a plus but not required. You will receive training, coaching, and support to help you succeed, Good pay and benefits.
