About the Role

As a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse, you will deliver direct patient care and collaborate closely with healthcare providers in our Martinsburg, PA Health Center. The clinic operates as a single nurse/provider setting, and scheduled hours are Mondays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice under supervision of healthcare providers
• Perform and document clinical tasks such as medication administration, wound care, and specimen collection (urine, blood, sputum) following provider orders
• Monitor patient reactions to treatments and maintain accurate medical records
• Maintain medical equipment and ensure a safe, clean environment while adhering to infection control procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills

• Graduate from a National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate’s degree (A.S.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with hands-on training through AHA, ARC, or equivalent
• Minimum three years of clinical experience as an LPN in ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department
• Proficiency and comfort with technology, including EMR systems
• Strong phlebotomy skills
