Bilingual Packing Line Lead – English/Spanish

Pay: $16.00–$17.00 per hour
Custom Filters Direct is hiring a Bilingual Packing Line Lead to help lead one of our production packing lines.
This is a hands-on working lead position . You will work alongside the team as a packer while also being responsible for the overall performance of your line, including quality, productivity, staffing, organization, and employee support .
Responsibilities
- Work on the line as a packer while leading and supporting the team
- Keep the packing line organized, productive, and running efficiently
- Assign employees and make sure everyone understands their responsibilities
- Monitor product quality and ensure packing standards are followed
- Help the team meet daily production goals
- Train and assist new employees
- Communicate instructions to both English- and Spanish-speaking employees
- Monitor staffing and communicate attendance or headcount concerns to supervisors
- Make sure the line has the materials needed to continue production
- Address minor workflow issues and escalate larger concerns to management
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Ensure employees follow company safety, quality, and production procedures
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Previous packing, production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
- Previous Line Lead or Team Lead experience preferred
- Must be comfortable being a working lead and performing packing duties alongside the team
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Dependable with strong attendance
- Good attention to detail and product quality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Pay
$16.00–$17.00 per hour , based on experience.
