FRONT DESK AGENT
Renaissance Allentown, Allentown, PA
Full-Time, Flexible Availability Required
Must be available:
Morning (1st shift)
Midday (mid shift)
Evening (2nd shift)
Weekends and holidays are also required.
$15.00/Hr.
Position Overview:We’re looking for an engaging, detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional service to our guests. In this highly visible role, you’ll be the first and last impression — setting the tone for a stay that’s both elevated and personalized.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency during check-in/check-out.
- Accurately manage guest reservations, payments, and folios using our property management system.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hotel features and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, service requests, and concerns with confidence and care.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Uphold the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the front desk area
- Follow all brand standards and operational procedures to maintain consistency and excellence.
- Prior in person customer service experience required, preferably in an upscale environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
- Commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
