We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Management and Development Specialist to support a Corporate Audit Division across the enterprise. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the professional development and performance of our internal audit team.

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs aligned with internal audit standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by providing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain and update internal audit knowledge repositories and resources.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to identify training needs and measure the effectiveness of development initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal audit processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in learning and development, preferably within an internal audit or compliance function.
• Strong understanding of internal audit principles, methodologies, and standards, including SOX compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for developing talent and driving organizational success.
