Inventory Clerk
Job Title: Inventory Clerk
Location: Bethlehem, PA 18017
Pay Range: $21–$23 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Additional Hours: Overtime and occasional weekends possible; flexibility required.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support daily inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, previous inventory experience, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Professional written communication through Outlook is essential. MHE certification is required , and stand-up forklift experience is a plus .
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory tasks, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Record and analyze data using Microsoft Excel and warehouse inventory systems.
- Communicate professionally via Outlook/email regarding discrepancies and reporting.
- Investigate inventory variances and assist with problem resolution.
- Maintain organized, accurate inventory documentation.
- Safely operate material handling equipment (MHE).
- Support warehouse operations as needed.
Key Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel .
- Professional written communication skills (Outlook/email required).
- High attention to detail with strong math skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior inventory experience required.
- MHE certification is a plus
- Stand-up forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
