We're looking for an experienced Electrician to join our construction team. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in new residential homes while ensuring compliance with applicable electrical codes and safety standards.

Essential Responsibilities
- Install electrical wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, service panels, and related electrical components in new residential construction.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical plans, and technical drawings.
- Install branch circuits, breakers, conduit, and service equipment according to project specifications.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable state and local regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Safely operate electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Assist with additional construction tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of residential electrical experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Journeyman or Master Electrician licensure.
- Completion of a registered electrical apprenticeship program.
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification (OSHA 30 preferred).
- Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and residential electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical plans.
- Proficient with electrical testing equipment and hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Experience in new residential construction.
- Experience installing service panels, branch circuits, generators, and low-voltage systems.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, kneel, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
