Heavy Duty Wrecker Operator

As a Heavy Duty Wrecker Operator, you will be an essential part of a supportive team, responsible for the safe and efficient transport and recovery of vehicles and equipment. Responsibilities
- Operate heavy-duty wrecker vehicles to tow and recover a variety of vehicles and equipment
- Perform towing and recovery operations with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions with clients and the public
- Conduct regular inspections and basic maintenance of towing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to all company policies and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and effective service
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- DOT compliant, including passing drug and alcohol tests and holding a valid medical card
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a heavy-duty wrecker; candidates with significant medium-duty wrecker experience may be considered
- Good driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
