Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician with a strong technical and mechanical aptitude. This role requires monitoring the internal dashboard of equipment to assess its status. You will be paired with a technician to learn processes and basic equipment maintenance tactics, supporting the tear down and reassembly of machinery to gain a comprehensive understanding before repairs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment status through internal dashboard systems.
• Collaborate with technician level 2 to learn and execute maintenance processes.
• Support the tear down and reassembly of machinery.
• Understand machinery mechanics before performing repairs.
• Engage in machinery repair, maintenance, and installation.

Essential Skills

• Technical experience in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Mechanical aptitude with a focus on mechanical and electrical aspects.
• Experience in automation, robotics, and electrical troubleshooting.

Pay differential: 15% shift differential offered on nights!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Breinigsville,PA.
