Phoebe Ministries is hiring a Full-time Activities Coordinator to join our long-term care facility in Richland, PA.

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Community Life Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing programs and events that enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities for a Community Life Coordinator with Phoebe Richland:

Responsible for programming, as well as implementing diverse resident interests, small and large group programs; responsible for supervising, as well as initiating projects, coordinating work within the department as well as with other units and departments; responding to inquires and requests from residents, staff personnel, etc.

Requirements for a Community Life Coordinator with Phoebe Richland:

1. The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
2. Certified Activity Director or Coordinator, Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, COTA or Associates degree in related field or equivalent knowledge and experience.
3. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in related positions normally required.
4. Proficiency in planning and organizing activities geared to the needs and abilities of the residents.
