VP of Marketing (Hands-On Growth Leader)

We are hiring a Vice President of Marketing to lead marketing across our portfolio of companies. This is not a purely strategic role, we are looking for someone who thrives in the day-to-day execution of marketing systems, while also setting the long-term growth strategy.

You will oversee marketing for multiple brands, lead and manage the marketing team, and work directly with leadership to build scalable systems that drive measurable growth.

• Lead and execute marketing strategy across multiple companies
• Manage, mentor, and grow the internal marketing team
• Build, implement, and optimize marketing systems and processes
• Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to guide decisions
• Own campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI across channels
• Manage internal staff and external agencies or partners
• Identify growth opportunities and test new marketing initiatives
• Establish reporting dashboards and accountability metrics
• Work closely with leadership to align marketing with company growth goals

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading marketing across multiple brands or business units
• Experience managing and developing marketing teams
• A hands-on operator who can build systems and execute, not just manage
• Strong analytical skills and experience making decisions based on data
• Deep experience with digital marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing
• Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and growth experiments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

You are both a strategic thinker and an operator. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves, building systems, studying the numbers, managing people, and continuously improving performance. You believe great marketing is built on testing, data, and execution - not guesswork.
