The candidate must reside within one of the two cities mentioned above, or be able to relocate to the area within 60 days of employment.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (OUTSIDE SALES) - Philadelphia, PA and Central New Jersey

Viamericas is searching for COMPETITIVE AND EAGER TALENT with a proven track record in the Money Transfer/Merchant Services/Financial Services Industry who will prospect for new business in Latin American corridors. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for maximizing revenue for the full line of Viamericas Corporation services to existing and new agents within an assigned territory. Candidate should possess experience in Outside Business to Business Sales or Consumer Products for example: check cashing, prepaid phone cards, prepaid credit cards, check processing, etc., preferably in Latin corridors.

• Recruiting targeted agents
• Maximizing same-store sales
• Controlling agent attrition
• Improving service quality provided by agents to consumers
• Provide personalized service to agents by being in constant communication with them, in order to be able to satisfy all existing and prospective agent’s needs.
• Achieving sales targets by opening and signing new agents, growing current agent business, and developing new prospects

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• 2 + years of proven sales experience required, with industry experience preferred. Similar experiences such as check cashing, prepaid card services, merchant services, (Telephone cards, credit cards, etc.) may be considered based on experience and network.
• Multicultural Experience is a must, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Colombia, Brazil etc. highly recommended for employee success.

• Bilingual Skills required: English and Spanish
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Must have great follow-through skills, and a go-getter mentality.
• Ambitious, Energetic, Confident, with a Strong Work Ethic.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
