Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill/Router Machinist to join our team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC routers, which function as large Vertical Milling Centers, to process materials such as aluminum, plastic, and wood. Your expertise in tooling and machine setup will be crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality parts to precise specifications.
Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday 5am-3:30pm OR Weekend shift Friday-Sunday 5am-5pm (25% shift differential for weekend shift)
Pay Rate: $22.25-$25/hour
Responsibilities
- Open and understand existing MasterCAM programs and edit feeds and speeds as necessary.
- Build and set up tooling, and adjust offsets to produce parts according to drawn dimensions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and job kits with minimal assistance.
- Identify, locate, and build all required tooling for production.
- Load CNC programs to milling machines using CAM software.
- Perform machine tool setup, process prove-out, and first article inspection.
- Evaluate the quality of materials, parts, and equipment before starting the manufacturing process.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience using CAM software is a plus.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is beneficial.
- Proficient with manual milling tools, such as saws.
- Adaptable and able to handle changing project requirements.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lititz, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
